Are we a Family Owned Business? YES! We are a family owned small business focused on providing a high quality products and customer experiences!

Where are we Located? We operate out of Humble, Texas (right outside of Houston, TX)

Do we have a Store you can visit? We are an online store only - however we do offer local pick up.

Do we offer local pick up? Yes we offer local pick up in Humble, TX at 1902 Humble Place Drive, Suite A - if you choose local pick up at check out we will send you instructions on when your your order will be ready for pick up.

Do we accept Returns? Yes we accept returns within 30 days of purchase -however product must be unused and in original condition and in original box. Also see our Return Policy.

What if your order arrives missing an item or items or they are damaged? Contact us with 30 days of receiving your order and we will provide store credit or a replacement asap and long as product is in original condition and in original box. Also see our Return Policy.

How long does Shipping take? We make every effort to ship your order no later than the next business day, and once shipped you can expect to receive your order in 3-5 business days (note we can not guarantee shipping timing, that is in our carrier's control, not ours).

Do we offer overnight shipping? We offer overnight shipping options at checkout.

Do we ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands? We do, but shipping costs will vary from our normal shipping costs.

Do we ship to Canada? Not at this time but we are working towards that soon!
